We were in the area and found this gem. I wish we lived closer because this would be a regular spot! Our server, Lexi, was wonderful and gave perfect recommendations. Prices were great for the quality of food.

The food was amazing here! We went for my fiancée birthday and got some sushi with the crab Rangoon's and the calamari. It was super nice, and staff were friendly! Only thing I’d say was a bit of a let down was the wait in between meals with the server. Other than that super great!

I absolutely LOVE Basil 1791 and come here often because the food is always on point—no matter if it’s brunch (the best meal of the day, hands down!), lunch, dinner, or happy hour. The weekly specials make it easy to enjoy great food without breaking the bank, and the vibe is always top tier. We had brunch today and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and informative, and the flavors? So good, I’m already planning my next visit. If you haven’t been to Basil 1791 yet—go ahead and treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic menu. Lots of Thai dishes, some other Asian dishes- menu is large. Atmosphere is somewhere between the polished mom & pop Thai place and a modern chain restaurant, surprisingly pleasing to capture both feelings. Service was prompt and friendly, patient and attentive. The food... out of this world! I had the Volcano roll and the Spicy Garlic Fish. The Volvano roll was very good. The scallops were nice and tender. With the topping the roll was cut a little bigger than I wanted, but flavor was awesome. The fish is grouper with peppers and a garlic sauce. I ordered it 4/5 on heat level and it was very spicy, not Thai hot, but still hot. The garlic sauce was a little sweet, but it worked with the lightly starched fish. This dish is a 10/10 and I will be back to order it again. I want to cone tomorrow for lunch to try some of the other classical Thai dishes.

A great spot with great food. I got the Siam Curry (which is wonderfully balanced). My husband got the burger and said it was really good as well. The Curry Rice is delicious and flavorful. The chicken egg rolls are fantastic and the Crab Rangoons hit the spot with the sweet and savory. Overall, the food was great. Service was pretty slow but luckily it was a family dinner so we didn't really mind.
